Lord Lovat's Waiting Room Apartment is currently closed for holiday lets. We hope to be open again by the end of April.
Any bookings made for a later date can be cancelled, free of charge, should government restrictions prevent you from travelling. With its own front door, a large double bedroom and a sitting room with wood burning stove it is an ideal retreat for a quiet weekend or those wanting to explore the Highlands. It also has a bathroom, with a lovely shower, and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is an additional electric panel radiator in the sitting room, as well as a wood burning stove. From the A82, there is a shortcut across the hill from Drumnadrochit which is posted on the left as you head out of Drumnadrochit going north.
Beauly is the first stop, 15 minutes from Inverness. There is a frequent Scotrail train service to Inverness from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
There is a regular bus service to and from both Inverness and Dingwall. There are bus services to Inverness from Edinburgh and Glasgow. There are regular flights to and from various London airports.
It is approximately 45 minutes away in a taxi. Alternatively, you can take a bus or taxi to Inverness and continue your journey by train or bus from there.
